Many MooneyMover products are handmade, customized, configured, or built to order. Because of that, returns and refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Before requesting a return or refund
Before requesting a return or refund, please contact us at info@mooneymover.com with your order number, the product purchased, your aircraft details if applicable, and a description of the issue. If there is a fitment concern, missing part, shipping issue, cosmetic concern, or other problem, we must be given a reasonable opportunity to review the issue and attempt to resolve it.
Most issues can be corrected without a return. Depending on the situation, we may offer troubleshooting help, replacement parts, repair, exchange, adjustment guidance, or another reasonable solution.
Refund requests made before giving us a reasonable opportunity to inspect, troubleshoot, repair, replace, or otherwise resolve the issue may be subject to a restocking fee, reduced refund, or denial if the item is used, modified, damaged, incomplete, customized, or not returned in resalable condition.
Return authorization and shipping
Approved returns must be authorized before shipment. Items returned without prior authorization may be refused or may not qualify for a refund.
Original shipping charges are not refundable. Return shipping charges are not refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Restocking fee and return condition
Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the product price. This fee helps cover inspection, handling, administrative time, payment-processing costs, repackaging, and the labor and materials required to remove customization such as tail-number marking, refinish powder-coated parts, and prepare the item for resale.
Returned items must include all parts, accessories, hardware, instructions, and packaging reasonably needed to inspect and resell the item. Items that have been installed, used, modified, damaged, returned incomplete, or returned in a condition that requires repair or refinishing may receive a reduced refund or may not be eligible for refund.
Refund timing and exclusions
Refunds, when approved, are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected. Refund timing may vary depending on the payment method and processor.
Custom-built, special-order, modified, installed, used, customer-damaged, or incomplete items may not be eligible for return or refund.
