Shipping options and charges

Available shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout. Shipping charges depend on the product, destination, package size, and carrier options available for the order.

When your order ships, tracking information will be sent by email when available.

Processing and transit time

Many products are handmade, customized, configured, or built to order. Processing time depends on the product, battery setup, aircraft configuration, and current shop workload.

Transit time begins after the order has shipped. Carrier transit estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, remote delivery areas, or other issues outside our control.

International shipping

International shipping may require additional customs, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, inspections, or local delivery steps outside our control. Any import duties, taxes, customs fees, or local delivery charges are the customer’s responsibility.
